Class Format Final Cuts - Upper Body (on Tuesday at 6.00 PM): • minimum 50 minutes of strengthening exercises for all muscles of the upper body
Class Format Final Cuts - Lower Body (on Thursday at 6.00 PM) • minimum 50 minutes of strengthening exercises for all muscles of the lower body Class Format Core Training (on wednesday at 7.00 PM) : • 30-40 minutes of pure core strengthening exercises - safe and effective for abdominals and back- important for prevention of injuries and correct posture
Class Format Flexibility (on Sunday at 12.00 PM): • 30 minutes excersises for a body and mind in balance: stretch your muscles an relax your mind! Note: this is a free extension for members training or doing cycling on a sunday!
Start*: FREE CLASSES on 9-10-11-14 th of september, FREE CLASSES on 16-17-18 september
Program*: will only start up for those classes where at least 6 persons inscribes by 18 th of september Price*: 70 € for a 10 session ; 10 € per session; excl 17€ annual member fee and initial fitness assessment
